Either on your own, or with guidance, you're covered!

These are the training plan ONLY options. Prices will be shared after the assessment. These are cheaper than the full coaching. No modifications. I'll send these via spreadsheet or through the web/app. Your choice.

  • Couch to 5K

  • 5K/10K

  • Half Marathon/Marathon

  • Training Plan WITH a modification for a small additional fee per request

Customized Training Plans Only
Dialed In Coaching

These are the coaching options with the bells and whistles. Prices will be shared after the assessment. These are a little more than the training plan only options due to my increased involvement.

  • Mostly Dialed In - Training Plan with 2 modifications - using web/apps, weekly review and feedback of progress, unlimited emails

  • Completely Dialed In - Training plan with up to 3 modifications, review and feedback of progress 3 times a week, unlimited emails/comments via web/app, Basic nutrition/strengthening/stretching/rolling advice as requested (note: I am not a nutritionist or fitness trainer but can provide a lot of feedback based on experience of myself and others), weekly phone call/Zoom (as requested)

    I leave open the option for in-person meetings and running sessions for the Completely Dialed In plan. If you choose that plan, we can discuss details. There would usually be no extra charge if you meet or run on my normal schedule.
